The Blind Man Society

Well, after getting up while it was still dark out this morning, I walked down to the gas station, got some coffee and thought about something that has been chewing at me for a very long time. Have you ever noticed, that some people are able to sit down and write a story from start to finish every time? Some people are able to write songs this way too.

I myself, specialize in music parts and writing that is not a beginning, and not an ending. And, my stuff is pretty adaptable – I can use these parts I come up with in many songs, and many stories. And, it made me wonder – why do some people have the knack for beginnings, some for the middle parts, and some for endings? How does that figure in to what kind of people they are, how they live and what they do? Further, what about people that are able to do beginnings, middle and endings and do it all over again after with a new project? I’m not much for Sports Analysis, but its food for thought!

Short time, but a good time today! I’m finding that when I get back from traveling, I always have at least one BIG quality epiphany, or discovery – I think the above is it! Its like when I get a new guitar – I always am guaranteed to come up with new songs – it just seems to go hand in hand with getting a new instrument. 🙂
