The Blind Man Society

I have been out in the wild bopping around for a month. And, I just realized that its been about that long since I have published a blog. SO, without further ado….

Like Lightning Hopkins, I woke up this morning and ol’ Jonathan sure was pleased… lol! I checked, as I always do, with the super-positivity bunkers and remote off-site locations, and the new super-positivity weather deck with the wind sock thingy out there. According to Lightning Positivity Doppler Radar, things are quite good today for all.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the ideas of power over here at the shop. Power, seems to be a symbiotic relationship these days. I wonder sometimes, who is the visitor of the two though. There are all kinds of power that I’ve thought about in the off time over the last month. Power in positions, the saying that knowledge is power, the power of positive thinking, physical power, laws of power, the list goes on… They say that absolute power, corrupts absolutely – and some say that it rocks absolutely too. But, what I’m getting at, I think, is that the art of balance strikes again.

I’m also sitting here this morning thinking about four touchdowns in one high school football game. In other words, I’ve been thinking a lot about writing and my time in Africa. I’m sitting here trying to figure out, what animals are left, that we still have to play by their rules. That’s why, I went to go cage diving with the Great Whites back then – I wanted to see what it was like with that line of thinking. Thoughtful about this today…

As I feared, my writing is disjointed again from taking off from writing for too long. I’m re-reading this, and cringing. But the journey of a thousand miles has again begun. This is blog 164 and I wanted to get pretty close to 200 before I take the next break. Grabbing the below, getting a small mini bottle of Fireball, and heading back into the wild today for a little more well filling and creativity boosting activities. Yes, mood management techniques are going to be employed. I’m making today my own!

I’m going to leave this here for now. A short time, but a good time today and I am taking the rest of the day off to think about the next couple dream journeys that are also coming. As I have covered in these writings, becoming a writer was one of them. Music and Capoeira are the next two. I cannot wait to see where this leads…
