The Blind Man Society

Got some great writing done today, sitting here listening to Spirits in the Material World and trying to figure out the next step for some things. A slight dramatization: Today, I burst through the porch door and it flew off the hinges. I stiff armed my roommate who was in the way, and RAN to the table out back. Here, I dramatically cleared it with a swipe of my arm and proceeded to spread out a map. This map, contained….THE PLAN.

And, its going well.

Staring match with the computer screen again today. I’m good for about 12 rounds. It is winning again, and I do not like that.

I wrote quite a bit today, most of it rambling and useless drivel. But there were a few parcels of gold hidden in it all. I’ve become really adept at this method, and as a result, it seems that this has become the creative process for me. I used to write on bar napkins, when I was out on the town, and this is actually where I came up with some of my best stuff. However, now I favor uber secret remote offsite locations, like my backyard, the golf course greens at night, and “The Wild” (the woods between the car wash and convenience store) – weather permitting.

Short one today, many wheels are turning right now and that’s all I can say until things are where they need to be.

I hope everyone is having a fantastic day out there! Its a sunny, windy one here, my roommate just came to from being stiff armed, I helped him to his chair, and now we are having a soda. After this, I’m going to pull a Sit Lancelot from Monty Python, spring into fast forward and clean the house and do the dishes!
