The Blind Man Society

Good day, everyone! I wanted to write and thank all of you for your continued support of The Blind Man Society since this site was launched back in October, 2023. I said in the beginning that everyone was welcome to pull up a chair with us here at the coffee shop, whether you could afford a coffee or not, and be along for a great adventure. I think I likened it to a good television series.

I posted the above picture a ways back with no copy to follow really, but today – a bit more to say!

SO: By now, we’ve had some time to get to know each other a little. I have had some great and memorable comments on what has been posted, and as of today it’s 62 blogs that have been published now. I wanted to thank all the people who have joined myself, Blowtorch Lady, Elie and Joy in our journey to try and share what we have learned in a thoughtful, respectful, interpretive manner in an effort to help our readers go a little further down the path. And, thank goodness that this path I speak of is different for everyone and highly interpretive.

As you can tell, we are travelers and artists. And, good people trying to help others out there with the messages we send out to the good folks in internet land. To give you an idea, of how successful we have been thanks to all of you, there have been individuals that read this site from over 30 countries on this planet. And, recently instead of saying countries there was just a planet earth icon. I’m not really sure, what this means because I never asked formally, but I suspect 1 or 2 people read this now. A sincere thank you to all!

I wrote yesterday about knowing that sometimes you don’t have to reach the established finish line to have the adventure of your life. And knowing when to take a break and recharge, I think is very valuable. I think many saw that the quality of writing and styles changed throughout these 62 blogs. Burnout was evident too. As well, as coming back with a vengeance. 🙂

So, I will leave it here. To those who have said hello, and are known to us, thank you! It has been wonderful to get to know you a little bit.
